Notification of all possible meetings, as well as those definitely in view should be included in the forecast, and where firm dates are not available, approximate dates would be helpful. Under column (iii) it should

be stated whether the meeting will be at Ministerial, Ambassadorial or Official level. Any special requirements such as entertainment, transport, presents, etc. should be shown under column (vii).
