(The order of these items is not necessarily suggested

as that of the Provisional Agenda).

World Political Situation and Trends.

(This would provide for the usual discussion of a broad range of topics. It could include the usual British Government

statement about their remaining dependent territories, unless there is a general wish to deal with this as a separate item).

World Economic Situation and Trends.

(This would provide an opportunity for a broad-based discussion in which specific economic subjects, some of which have already been suggested by Governments, could be covered.)

3.

The special problem of Rhodesia.

4. A review of Commonwealth co-operation. This could include consideration of possible improvements in functional co- operation and of possible co-operation in the field of information. (It has been suggested that in addition to co-operation at inter- governmental level, provision might be made to take account of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association).
