The Governments of India and Malawi have requested a reduction

in the rate of their contribution to the Secretariat's budget. A Memorandum on these requests has already been submitted to Commonwealth Governments by the Secretary-General (CPM(69)12).

COMMONWEALTH FOUNDATION

Heads of Government might take note of the Progress Report of the Commonwealth Foundation which has already been circulated (CPM(69)9).

There is also the question of the appointment of a successor to the present Chairman of the Foundation. A Memorandum has been submitted on this (CPM(69)10).
