Attempting to cause Disaffection Amongst Members of the Hong Kong Police Force Contrary to Section 62 Police Force Ord, Cap 232. *This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the
25th July 1967 of an article regarding the 3 Police Officers
who were charged with murder. It said that although the various operations in which Police and Army were combined this was to ensure
that the Army watched the Police. It called on members of the force to disobey orders and to turn their guns whenever an opportunity
arose.
Sedition Contrary to Section 4(1)(c) Sedition Ord, Cap 217. This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 15th June 1967 of an article announcing the setting up of the Wong Tai Sin Anti-persecution Struggle Committee to fight the sanguinary suppression being practised by the Hong Kong British Fascist mobsters. This
suppression said the article had the streets and cells of police
stations imbued with blood. It had resulted in the deaths of thousands.

August 1967 of an article stating that a letter had been received from
a group of Red Tab P.C.s claiming that were being watched and threator-
ed by the Army and S.B. and that they were not allowed to resign from
the force but nevertheless they would combine with the anti-violence
struggle when the time came.
