Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, how many of those imprisoned or detained following the disturbances in Hong Kong in 1967 have been kept in solitary confinement, and for how long; and how many are at present held in solitary confinement.

Hong Kong legislation, A punishment of separate confinement for
a period not exceeding twenty eight days may, however, be imposed
for offences against prison rules
