(a) An Ombudsman usually has discretion to refuse to investigate trivial or tine-expired complaints.
(•) Es reports –
(1) the result of any investigation to the department
or authority concerned;
(11) annually, and publicly, to the logislature;'
(iii) specially, to the legislature where an authority
fails to take satisfactory romedial action.
