FROM THE DIRECTOR
COMMERCE & INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT
HONG KONG
18th April, 1967
Dear Sir Arthur,
With apologies for the long delay, I enclose, for your information, two copies of records of the Secretary of State's meetings in March with :-
(a) the Financial Secretary and myself;
(b) the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce;
and
(c) the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and the
Chinese Manufacturers' Association.
It was kind of the Secretary of State to send me a personal letter of thanks for what, I am afraid, was very minor assistance on my part.
Yours sincerely. Han Sol
(T.D. Sorby)
Sir Arthur Snelling, K.C.M.G., K.C.V.O.,
Deputy Under-Secretary of State
for Commonwealth Affairs,
Commonwealth Office,
London, S.W.1.
