I have just received from Hong Kong two sets
of the minutes of the discussions the Commonwealth
Secretary and the rest of us had with various people in Hong Kong at the beginning of last month.
I am sending one set to Mr. Gallagher
because there is a good deal in various places
about the Common Market. I attach the other
set for your side of the house.
I have not been all through these minutes
myself.
