Proposed that he should travel via Tokyo, arriving Tuesday evening 12 September. He will call on you on Wednesday morning. Grateful if you would give him access to all information available and if necessary arrange for him to call on appropriate officials. His presence urgently required in London so he hopes to be able to leave Tokyo on Thursday.
2. All travel arrangements are being made by his employers.
