Information

(1) Water quality characteristics, as in my immediately

following telegram, which shows maximum acceptable standards of raw water for our treatment plant, at 1-hour intervals for a 24-hour period, at point or points where tankers of 20,000 or 70,000 tons could load.

(11) Information on known or likely variations in

water qualities at loading points arising from seasonal variations (weather, river flow, tidal cycle) over six months from 1 October.

7. For Saigon only. Would loading at Camranh Bay

or other east coast port be feasible,
