Programme of Labour Legislation
We have noted with considerable satisfaction the Commissioner of Labour's announcement on 14 February of his proposed labour legislation programme. We feel sure that this announcement will have created a favourable impression in all quarters and this is confirmed by the good Press it was given in Hong Kong on 15 February.
2. It would help in meeting interest shown here if you could let us have a detailed breakdown of the timetable it is proposed to follow, as nearly as you can estimate at the present time.
