Dear Bunny,

2014

Please refer to your letter of 22nd

16 March, reference HWB 18/6, about labour

legislation.

Hetherington will be returning to London after the I.L.O. meeting in Geneva and will be available for discussions on 13th May, although it is not yet possible to say how this will fit in with any discussions the Governor may have on labour matters.

The position on the points raised in the second paragraph of your letter are, briefly, as follows

(a)

the promotion of Price and Bennett has been approved and they have accepted further contracts as Assistant Commissioners. We have agreed that Wilkinson is acceptable as the Labour Advisor on joint consultation.
