It would be better not to be drawn specifically on
the question of the use of The Queen's power of disallowance
in connection with this legislation but to say in general
terms :
"My Right Hon. Friend the Commonwealth Secretary
will, of course, consider very carefully the
various representations that have been made
to him on this legislation."
