I have been unable to trace any regulasic..
governing the forfeiture of the 1939-45 and Pacific ...by the Defence and War Medals. I assume that they also should be forfeitod but should be grateful for confirm- ation.

I shall, in a separate despatch, submi: 1 approval under section 22 of the British Nationality 1948, my recommendation that Mr. CHU should be deprived of his British citizenship under section 20(3)(a) of the Act on the grounds that he has shown himself by his acts to be disloyal towards Her Majesty.
