Sunming up, SIR CHARLES ELWORTHY said that they would instruct the Assistant Chief of the Defence Staff (Policy) to take action as in d. above. Subject to clearance of the revised paragraphs with the Service Departments concerned and to the resolution of the disputed amendment at f. above, they would instruct the Secretary to issue the paper (1) incorporating also the amendments which they had agreed.
