E.E.C. - Consultations with Hong Kong

We have now had confirmation from the Hong Kong Government that they can go firm on the week beginning 16 October for the next round of E.E.C. consultations to be held in London. I shall be glad if persons likely to be involved in the talks will arrange to be available during that week. Fuller details will be supplied later.
