restrictions.
It is not intended that all the quotas
should, necessarily be fixed at the same time. In particular
the United Kingdom butter quota which applies to a different
period, and is separately determined will be notified.

It is envisaged that the other quotas when agreed will
be entered in the Annex. Agreement to change the Annex
would be by exchange of letters.
