In reply to your letter to John Dunrossil of 17 Zarah and further to various telephone conversations and the accting held in my room, I now enclose a revised draft of the originating Note to your Embassy, and a first draft of the aort of under- taking that P.A.3.T. might give to ler Majesty's Government. With regard to the latter, it seems to us perfectly appropriate that this undertaking should be contained in a letter to our Ambassador in Washington.
