Dear Burbridge,

Thank you for your note of 5th October. As further discussed with you, we are endeavouring to ascertain further detail of the SAVANNAH's movements, from Hong Kong. In the event that the SAVANNAH visit is delayed beyond 17th October we may be able to make some alternative monitoring arrangements. This would involve sending a further set of equipment out from UK and the extra costs involved would of course have to be met by the American operating Company.
