Ministers have now agreed that, if practicable and if still desired by you and U.S. authorities, latter
should be given opportunity of fitting visit by
Constellation into programme of visits.

Timing of visit would be matter for you to discuss and agree with them in light of ship's present whereabouts
and timetable of visits by other ships. It will
clearly be desirable to avoid bunching of visits as far
as possible.
