Officer who collected visas in question was specifically reminded that party should wear civilian clothes in Hong Kong. I regret their failure to act accordingly, and have sent a Note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informing them again of this requirement.
2. We shall also continue to tell Vietnamese service applicants wishing to visit Hong Kong that they are required to wear civilian clothes.
