Objection has been raised to proposed reply

on the grounds that U.S. ships may on occasion receive bunkering or other service from Naval base.

Grateful if you would ascertain whether this

is correct and, if so, the scale of the services provided. Do U.S. ships alongside receive any services that could not reasonably be described as the normal hospitality given to visiting foreign warships?
