Parliamentary Question.

No (repeat no) U.S. ships receive bunkering from the Naval Base. A few such ships when alongside on rare occasions receive water and electric supplies on repayment. No repair facilities have ever been asked for or given: nor do U.S. ships receive any other services or facilities that could not be described as normal hospitality for foreign warships.
