sections:-
SECTION 1
Be Introduction leading into a discussion
of the devaluation exercise. Would
Mr. Christofas please be responsible for
submitting this section? He may wish to consult
Commonwealth Policy and Planning Department over
the terms of the introductory passage.
SECTION 2
"Peacemaking and bridge building". Would
Mr. Edmonds please be responsible for submitting
this section, in consultation with West and
General Africa Department?
SECTION 3
"Concem for people". Would Mr. Faber
please submit this section in consultation with
the Gibraltar and Hong Kong Departments?
4. Please may contributions reach Private
