the Queen has been pleased to approve the appointments of Mr. R.H. Lobo, J.P., Dr. S.Y. Chung and

Mr. D. Lam See-hin, J.P., to be temporarily unofficial members of the Legislative Council with effect from those dates respectively during the absence from the Colony of Mr. D.J. Ruttonjes; Mr. F.S. Id and Mr. H.C. Fung respectively.
