I have the honour to refer to your despatches Nos.74, 782 and 834 of the 14, 18, and 26 April 1967, respectively and, to inform you that Her Majesty
the Queen has been pleased to approve the appointments of Mr. R.H. Lobo, J.P., Dr. S.Y. Chung and
Mr. D. Lam See-hin, J.P., to be temporarily unofficial members of the Legislative Council with effect from those dates respectively during the absence from the Colony of Mr. D.J. Ruttonjes; Mr. F.S. Id and Mr. H.C. Fung respectively.
