Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice of
the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be
temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of Hong
Kong with effect from 30th June 1967, during the absence from the
Colony of ALBERTO MARIA RODRIGUES, Knight Bachelor, Commander
of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, upon whom has been
conferred the Efficiency Decoration, Justice of the Peace.
