All rooms look out from the circle, with windows and balconies sur- rounding the perimeter. Circular glazed corridors enclose a well which extends the full height of the build- ing above the huge main entrance lobby at first floor level.

Adjoining the circular tower on the east side, and extending the length of the sea frontage with a return to- wards the north corner of the site is a nine-storey block in which is the remainder of the hotel accommoda- tion. Shops and lounges around the lobby of the circular block are linked to further shops, stores and restaur- ants on the first floor of this building.
