THE proposed flyover at Whitley Road, Thomson Road and Jalan Toa Payoh junction, Singapore (Far East Builder, June 1968) will have dual three-lane carriageways, each 12 ft. wide, allowing a free flow along Whitley Road and Jalan Toa Payoh.
