Primarily, the aim of the architects has been to arrange the planning of the hotel in functional manner, with the stress on the comfort and convenience of the guests. The effi- ciency of the service leading to the satisfaction of visitors was an impor- tant consideration, as the reputation of the hotel will be built up mostly by word of mouth advertising among the travelling public.
The entire building will be raised on a white granolithic podium, which
