The owners are completely satisfied with the way the "'Need- house has turned out, and as Mr. Harper informed us: less to say, I am delighted with everything about our home at Deepwater Bay. For years Mrs. Harper and I have kept notes of things we have observed and liked in houses we nave seen in our travels and read about in books and periodicals. Our choice of Mr. Smith-Mitchell as architect nas proven a happy one indeed as he has given us everything we wanted and in a style of architectural design which, in my opinion, is truly outstanding."
