The Assurance Company will oc- cupy the right wing of the ground floor and a bank the other wing. All inside walls and both sides of the main entrance will accommodate display windows. The mezzanine floor provides for executive suites, conference rooms and private offices for senior staff.
Basement right wing provides for strong rooms and treasurer's office for the Assurance Company with similar accommodation in the left wing for the bank. In the centre are water tanks, machine and store
rooms.
On the upper floors the central hall will lie between flexible office suites on each side. Each office is 12 metres by 16 metres and the bay layout allows for each sub-division.
Electric and telephone lines are provided to each bay. A 5 to 7-ton air conditioner package unit, pneumatic tube, dumbwaiter or other special services can be installed in the end wall of each wing.

On the roof above the central hall are the lift machinery room and water tanks. The left wing is a roof terrace cafe.
The right wing will house a raised- floor chapel and a gallery to be filled with a collection of religious art. This chapel will be decorated in the traditional Thai style. In addition there will be a roof garden.
Structure of both main and ad- jacent buildings will be entirely of reinforced concrete on wooden pile. foundations. Heat from the sun on south and west will be buffered by the reinforced concrete wall with an exposed aggregate of river pebbles, so that painting and maintenance will not be needed.
