Fat Street via the high level terrace which runs along the south front of the building. This high broad terrace besides forming the approach way to the building, will also form an excellent viewing terrace from which passers-by may overlook the tennis courts, roller-skating rink and the Park in general. From the terrace the public may enter the building by means of the appropriate entrance depending on whether they are swimmers or spectators.

Swimmers Intending swimmers will enter at the main entrance and will pass through turnstiles, straight into the chang- ing rooms. The attendants' booths will be positioned in the changing rooms that they control the ways to and from the entrance hall and the pool surrounds. Swimmers will therefore pass by the at- tendant's booth to collect locker key, and towel and costume issue before going into a dressing box. After changing, clothing will be locked away and the key returned to the attendant in exchange for a num- bered tag. From there the swimmers will pass through foot-baths and showers to the pool surrounds. Lavatories anl shower rooms may be entered off the changing rooms.
