Purpose-made and standard windows rustproofed by the Patent "R.M.W." Process No. 464020.

The photo-micrograph below shows a section through a frame after treatment. Between the rustproof outer layer and the steel of the base an important inter- mediate alloy layer can be seen binding the outer layer inseparably to the steel. It is this complete and insepar able union which gives the process its great value and differentiates it from all painting and coating processes. The treatment is carried out on all frames after they have been machined and assembled and after a thorough cleaning to remove dirt, grease and scale.
