Eight family cabanas are planned rooms which families or parties can hire for a day's fun, relaxing. swimming, bowling. ice-skating and having meals.
There will be dormitory style changing rooms for men and women. on this floor, as well as on part of the first floor.
The first floor will have a bar. coffee lounge overlooking the swim- ming pool in front of the six-storey building.
From the second to the sixth floors, there will be 64 rooms for staff accommodation.
The swimming pool will be 50 feet long and 25 feet wide. Depths will be from three to eight feet. There will be a car park for 200
cars.
