A mural is to be executed on the wall above the entrance, and there is also to be a fountain in abstract sculpture, in front of the entrance.
Electrical wiring is concealed throughout. Another feature of the house is the use of horizontal sliding aluminium windows - thought to be employed here for the first time in Hong Kong in a private residence.
Mr. Lee Yin Chuen, the architect, recommended a sloping roof in his original design but it was amended to a flat roof because the client preferred this for added recreational purposes.
Cost of the residence is in the vicinity of $500,000.
