The second floor consists entirely of the headquarters offices of the firm. However, the building that can now be seen is only the first phase of the development, which will eventually include additional office space and cold rooms.
The piling was undertaken by Messrs. Sime Darby & Co., Ltd., and the design of the structure was by Messrs. Steen Sehested & Partners. The building was designed by Mr. James Ferrie of Messrs. James W. Ferrie & Partners.
