The large terrace on the upper part of the garden makes a very con- siderable extension of space for the living and dining rooms.

The master bedroom, on the upper level, has an attached study which commands a view of the living and dining rooms.

A duct system provides central air conditioning throughout the entire

house.

This highly attractive residence was built under a cost-plus contract by Messrs. Lam Woo and Co.

Mr. Eric Cumine was the architect and Mr. Stanley Kwok architect in charge.

Among decorative materials used were "Duro" assorted finishes sup- plied by the Duro Paint Manufacturing Co. Ltd.
