The house, which has a wall on the south, com- prises four areas each with a separate function — entrance court on the south east corner, the children's playground in the north west, and two level gardens in the south west, with the south east reserved for service.

The definition of the separate areas and the view of the garden are especially impressive as one enters the hall.
