An outstanding building has recent- ly been completed in the Causeway Bay district of Hong Kong, the apart- ment block known as Embassy Court. This is a nine storey building erected by the Atlas Realty Co. Ltd., one of the Lee Hysan group of companies who also own the majority interest in Sunning Court.

As will be seen from the typical floor plan, each of the floors from the second to the seventh floor are divided into four apartments, two large, and two small. The large apartments have three bedrooms the largest of which is approximately 13' x 19' including a large cupboard and clothes closet, with separate attached bathroom. The second bedroom is 15'6" by a little over 12' wide and also includes a built-in cupboard. The third room is so designed that it can be used either as a bedroom or may form part of the living room/dining room combination. There is a rear servants' balcony at the inside corners of the rear of the building.
