"Steelplate" Toughened Plate Glass Doors are already established in Nigeria and Rhodesia, and the company has recently supplied 54 doors and side wings to the new G.P.O. building and Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos. Other doors are being supplied for new shopfronts in Limuru, Rhodesia, for a multiple shoe combine.
They have been successful in obtaining the contract for supplying the toughened doors for the two passenger liners, the s.s. "Canberra” and s.s. "Oriana”.
The manufacturers, Steele's (Con- tractors) Ltd., of Glass Works. Stamford Road, London, N.L.. England, have appointed the Demig Trading Co., (Far East) Ltd., 417/ 419. Central Building, Pedder Street, Hong Kong, as their sole agents for Hong Kong, and this latter company will provide all the necessary litera ture and information required in connection with "Steelplate" Tough- ened Glass Doors and toughened glass in general.
