There is nothing about Hong Kong which the visitor finds more impressive than the huge resettlement and low- cost housing projects which have been, and are being erected, all over this Colony. It is remarkable how casual- ly the resident accepts these schemes as a matter of course, but the fact remains that experts from all over the world come to Hong Kong to view what is considered а remarkable achievement for so small a community. This latest development at So Uk deserves the highest praise for the scope and magnificence of its concep- tion.
