Water tanks and a radio room are placed on the roof of the four-storey block and two radio masts, 40 ft. high, will be erected, one over each stairwell. Completion of the four-

storey block, estimated to cost HK$3.5 million, is scheduled for early January next year. Air condi- tioning and electronic wiring will bring the cost to HK$5 million.
