1 post of Secretary Stenographer is provided for work in the Museum and Art Gallery, offset by
1 post of Typist. 2 posts of Clerical Assistant are required for increased clerical work.
2 posts of Foreman Class III are required to lead two maintenance teams and 4 posts of Chargeman are offset by a reduction of a corresponding number of Office Attendants.
1 post of Calligraphist is provided to assist with the cataloguing of an increasing stock of Chinese publications and 1 Calligraphist Assistant, offset by 1 post of Messenger, to prepare posters, programme sum- maries and notices.
