One post of Education Officer and 8 posts of Assistant Education Officer are required for the Special Education Section.

For new classes to be opened in the Technical College in September, 1964, the following staff have been included:-

Other increases in staff are provided to meet the continuing expansion of the Department.

Other Charges Annually Recurrent show a net increase of $1,275,500. This reflects the con- tinuing expansion of educational facilities, the main items of increase being in respect of Examinations, Allowances for Evening Classes and general administrative expenses arising from the expansion.
