A supernumerary post of Political Adviser is provided for eight months to cover the period of vacation leave of the present holder.
Two posts of Cadet Officer have been provided as training posts. Three posts of Cadet Officer, two posts of Executive Grade Officer, six posts of Confidential Assistant, 21 Clerical posts and an Office Attendant and Messenger have been provided to cope with the increased volume of work.
Three new posts of Executive Assistant have been created in place of three posts of Executive Grade Officer. Three supernumerary posts of Executive Grade Officer are provided to cover the period until the Executive Assistants are appointed.
Twenty additional supernumerary posts of Confidential Assistant are included for the purposes of carrying all officers in this grade throughout the service who may be on no pay leave.
