The increase of 2 posts in the permanent establishment comprises a Woman Confidential Assistant Class II and a Clerk required on account of the increasing volume of work undertaken by the Department. These posts, together with normal increments and salaries revisions, result in an increase of $85,298 in the vote for Personal Emoluments.
