LONDON, SEPT. 23 (REUTER)-AS PART OF "THE BRITISH TRADE DRIVE IN SOUTH AMERICA THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT HAS DECIDED, WITH THE APPRO- VAL OF THE GOVERNMENTS CONCERNED; to send to South America a special Mission under the leadership of Lord Willingdon who will have the support of Sir Horace Rumbold and the Hon, R. H. Band.
The mission will also include Lord Forbes and representatives of important In- dustrial export interests. The names of these representatives and the industries with which they are principally associated are as follows:--
