Malaya Increases Trade Despite War

Malaya, the Empire's dollar arsenal, has again strikingly given the lie to Goebbels' claims of having blockaded Britain,

Exports to the United States of america were $46.453.699 during June alone, the total from Janu- ary to June being $272,253,814. In June last year the exports to the U.S.A. were $19,233,968.

Exports to Japan show little afference between June this year! and June last year, the increase this year being a little more than $100,000, and the total $5,453,195.

While exporting more goods than ever to the USA. Malaya has, at the same time. increased her imports from the New World.
