LOCAL BASEBALL

RESULTS..

Two games in the local Baseball League were played over the week- end, chief interest being centred on Saturday's encounter between the Hongkong Baseball Club and the Chinese Baseball Club.

The former, making their first appearance this season, actually outhit their opponents 8-4 but could not hold the Chung Hwa boys after they had crossed the plate four times in the fourth frame.". The final score was .7-4 in favour of the Chinese.
